Hello David,
I have contacted Das rechtsbijstand in the Netherlands and a billing company in the USA. They can help me out with the issues I have with you. Since you dont respond to my mails and they can not reposes the two hard drives which I have sent you for the software and book rights I bought from you but still did not receive, they asked me to formulate a claim including interest and missed turnover.
I will formulate a claim for € 20.000 because I didn’t even receive half of what I paid for. I will claim two hard drives which have cost me € 400 including sending it to you.
And I will claim € 500 per month since 2010 for missed turnover. (Which is actually quit low and should be since 2009)
So this is actually a last chance to solve everything in a descent way. If you are realy the person you claim to be on http://ddgriffith.com/ then you will take care of this and you will let me know where I can tell FedEx to pick up the hard drives, including everything that is still missing (after almost three years!!!);
Since you dont respond to your mail, I had to do it this way.
